When you subscribe to our newsletter, we collect the personal data required to send it. This includes the following information:

• Name/first name/function/company

If you subscribe to our newsletter, your details will be : 

• Transmitted to the MAILCHIMP marketing platform. MAILCHIMP's data protection policy applies to the processing carried out by them. 
• Kept internally

This is the case until you unsubscribe, which you can do at any time, or the newsletter in question is discontinued. We only keep your personal data for longer if this is required by legal or regulatory obligations or overriding interests.

Furthermore, they will not be passed on to third parties without your prior consent or express request.

When you register for one of our events, we collect the personal data required to send the event. This includes the following information:

• Name/first name/function/company

If you register for one of our events, your details will be : 

• Transmitted to the SURVEY MONKEY or TEAMS marketing platform. The data protection policy of SURVEY MONKEY or TEAMS applies to the processing carried out by them. 
• Kept internally

This is the case until you inform us that you wish to be removed from our databases. We only keep them for longer if this is required by legal or regulatory obligations or overriding interests.

Furthermore, they will not be passed on to third parties without your prior consent or express request.

4.6 When you apply for a job with us

When you respond to a job advertisement or send us an unsolicited application, we record and electronically process your personal data and your application in order to carry out the selection procedure.

If your application is unsuccessful, we may ask you to keep your file for future opportunities. You will be informed of this and given the opportunity to object.
