The United Nations Global Compact invites companies to align their strategies and operations with the Ten universal principles in the areas of human rights, labour, the environment, and anti-corruption. It also encourages its members to contribute to the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), in order to balance economic growth, preservation of the planet’s resources, and the fulfilment of society’s fundamental needs.

AQC has been a member of the Global Compact since 2019 and publishes the Communication on Engagement report every two years, showcasing its concrete actions in support of the Ten principles and the six most relevant SDGs for the leather bracelet supply chain.
