Organigram & Organisation
The General Assembly is composed of all Members. The strategy of the AQC and the budget are decided during the General Assembly.
The Board is composed of representatives of the Members, who are elected for two years. The Board takes all decisions necessary for the smooth running of the Association within the framework of the statutes and the budget.
The Technical Working Group is composed of the quality managers and/or purchasing managers of our Members. Its role is to define the technical requirements such as standards and RSL of the AQC, while ensuring the regulatory watch.
The AQC team is made up of 4 motivated individuals dedicated to ensuring the smooth organisational running of the Association.
AQC works with all the Stakeholders of the leather bracelet value chain :

- The Tanneries
- The Component Suppliers
- The Laboratories
- The Alligator Farms
The Association is financed by the contributions of its Members and the provision of external services.
Confidentiality & Competitive Law Compliance
Confidentiality
Only common information is shared with Members and Stakeholders. No individual information is communicated.
Confidentiality agreements are signed at the beginning of each working group with all Stakeholders. Board members, working group members and AQC employees sign specific confidentiality agreements.
AQC data base is totally secured, with individual connexion id and a full traceability of connexions.
Competitive Law Compliance
AQC Members are competitors and must remain competitors. The statutes are clear, AQC is "a platform to facilitate compliance of raw materials and components".
Internal rules define procedures to respect the competitive law. AQC Members will refrain from discussing, communicating or agreeing on prices or constituent elements of the price, discounts, margins, costs of production, sales conditions of products or services, stocks, production capacities or any particular or individual information which can be used to identify a price.

Through its policies, the Association is committed to providing quality services. AQC policies demonstrate its involvement in the following areas:
Health and safety policy
By implementing the Health and Safety Policy, the AQC specifies among other things : the importance attached to HSP, our desire to provide a safe and healthy work environment for all, our intention to respect HSP laws and regulations, the objectives and means to achieve them, the roles and responsibilities of everyone, including those of workers. By ensuring that occupational health and safety is part of our decision-making system at all levels, we promote the integration of HSP throughout the organisation's structure.
Code of good conduct
The reputation of the AQC is one of its most valuable assets and must be cultivated and protected. The AQC Code of Conduct defines how Members and associates should behave in general, but also in situations where certain actions could have serious consequences for the reputation of the Association, its Members and interested parties.
Quality policy
The Quality Policy defines how the quality approach of AQC fits into the overall strategy of the Association.
Sustainable development policy
The AQC is committed to a policy of sustainability in order to reduce the impact of its activities on the environment.
